Hi there,
This looks to be related to some other issue. SecuritySuite doesn't touch javascript. If it happened after you installed SecuritySuite then it may be a file permission issue. This is a great script for fixing permissions: http://www.shanedowling.com/sugarcrm-permissions-script/
