Hi there,
There are a number of factors for why it may not be working. The first thing I would recommend is reviewing this example guide and see if you missed any of the steps: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/securitysuite/example-of-a-typical-setup.
Let me know if you have any questions from the doc. All of the pieces there need to be in place for it to work correctly. Also do a Repair Roles to be safe.
