#1736 - New key not working
Hello,
We recently renewed our subscription and we are trying to use the key "xxxxxxxxxxxxxx" in the CRM but we get the an error saying "The key does not exist"
We urgently need to activate it, please support us.

Hi Rajesh,
It was last successfully validated on Nov 12. The key still exists so if you are running into that error then the server can no longer connect to sugaroutfitters.com. Check the firewall to ensure that is possible. Also make sure that php_curl is enabled and that config_override.php in the Sugar directory is writable.
