They all use the Sugar API so it should be compatible.

We installed it, and Sync with Implicit, the end of Implicit can't show Team group.

For showing that info on the Implicit end you'll need to work with Implicit. They use their own mechanism for that. As far as being compatible, if something were created in Implicit and added to Sugar using the normal API it should inherit the security groups as normal. That part should work fine.
