#1779 - installed package and sugar got the white screen
hello, I'm using Sugar Suite 7.3.1 version (6.5.20), the 6.5.20_SecuritySuite_Full-Edition_v2.9.1.zip downloaded file and performed the installation at the end to return to the module loader Sugar presented the white screen, log in sugar and apache there is no error reported. Look soon return

Hello João,
White screen tells me that there is a file permission issue. First address that then try installing again. Here is a script that I recommend for fixing permissions: http://www.shanedowling.com/sugarcrm-permissions-script/.

no result yet, manages to reach the login screen, at the bottom there was a message from the security suite serial tried to enter the login and the screen went blank again, ran a routine to rebuild the permissions unsuccessfully. error in sugarcrm.log

That error won't cause your screen to go white. There's a file permission issue that prevented the install from completing. That error helps to support that as it never reached the post installer script that sets the installed SecuritySuite version.
I'm sorry that you are running into this issue! But it's something that is out of the hands of SecuritySuite itself. Do check to see if data/Sugar Bean.php exists. If not, then that and hundreds of other SecuritySuite files didn't get copied over. If it does exist, fix the permissions then you can log in and try running the installer again.
If you can do this on a clean instance that may be your best bet.
