That's the SchedulersJobs table with 1.2 million records. That should be safe to purge. If your securitygroups_records table ever does get large you can delete those that are set to deleted = 1.

It was found that SchedulersJobs did cause the securitygroups_records table to inflate dramatically. This was fixed as of 2.7.2.
