It usually only shows when you click on the Access tab for a user. Make sure you are on the Users view and not Employees.

It looks like it may be an issue specific to that theme. Is this the Google Theme? Can you expand the GET error and paste that here as well? What version of SugarCRM are you running?

this is 20reason theme. i am using suitecrm 7.3.2version and sugarcrm 6.5.20. i have also try with suite7 defualt theme but also error is coming.
This is response of get error:
function select_dialog() { var $dialog = $('') .html('Select This Page (10)Select All  ;(1)Deselect All') .dialog({ autoOpen: false, width: 150 }); $dialog.dialog('open'); }8 years ago
I don't think the error copied cleanly. Can you take a screenshot of the expanded error, please?

Is it possible to upgrade your SuiteCRM instance? SuiteCRM has had a number of fixes since 7.3.2 and it should resolve your issue.

That's what I feared. Likely a file permissions/ownership issue with the application. This is a great script for fixing permissions: http://www.shanedowling.com/sugarcrm-permissions-script/. After getting those fixed try the upgrade again until it works. If it is failing then that is a symptom that something is not set up correctly in your instance.
Hope this helps!

Please suggest me what to do now for resolving this issue.

Sorry that you are running into this issue! Unfortunately this is going to be specific to your instance and is beyond what I can help with. I can recommend a consultant who can help get your system back to where it should be. If you are interested I will email you their information.
