#2433 - Error: Key does not exist.
Dear all,
we are using SuigarCE 6.5.17. and have the SecuritySuite Module installed for quite some time now.
Regarding some security issues, we decided to secure our server with VPN, The old licende key was discarded and we bought a new one (like 2 hours ago).
When we try to validate the key, there is the error: key does not exist. First we thought there may be no connection to your server, but when I try to validate the old one i get the error: Failed: Subscription was cancelled. Please purchase a new licence on SugarOutfitters to continue usage.
Any ideas?
