#257 - SugarCRM CE 6.5.13 and the standard Case Modul

Closed Bug? created by gruendl 11 years ago

Deal All, not sure If I'm right. I'm not able to "group" with the sugarCRM CE Standard Modul Case, If I change assigned to within a Group, the Case is gone. I know the howto for custom Modules ( and this works great) but I wondering I need do something for standard Modul Case, too.

Best Regards Andreas P.S. I use the SecurityGroups - Basic Edition 2.6.6

Don't forget to assign the group to the case in the Security Groups subpanel. There are also inheritance rules in place to help auto assign groups going forward.

Yes, you was right and everything running well. Additional question: I still running 6.5.13. should I update to 2.6.8 SecuritySuite basic, too Best Regards from munich Andreas

Excellent. No, you can only use the 6.5.13 version of SecuritySuite. The 2.6.8 version only helps identify differences between SecuritySuite releases. The key version that users should pay attention to on the download zips is the SugarCRM version number.
