I converted your comment over to a new support case.
Are you using SugarCRM or SuiteCRM? What theme are you using? It looks like there is a conflict with whatever is including jquery.pack.js as we do not include that in SecuritySuite. If you disable the theme temporarily then you should be able to validate the license.
