#290 - problem with Opacus after module installation
Hello,
I have a problem that I think cames from after the SecuritySuite module installation. I spoke with Jonathan Cutting from Opacus team and told me to ask for your help. After the installation of the module I'm not able to archive emails. I'm admin user but i get this error message in thunderbird: OpacusSTP received no email id. Response: {"name":"Access Denied","number":40,"description":"You do not have access"} OpacusSTP received access denied, please check your export privileges

I don't really see how SecuritySuite would affect that. The only thing to check would be the user's roles to ensure that Export for Emails is set to All (at least for testing).

Opacus is really out of my realm. If Jonathan can provide more information on what that error means then I may be able to suggest something relating to that. But it seems like the issue is that Opacus is expecting some level of rights as far as the user's roles are set up. Not sure how those rights are being checked because SecuritySuite does add a new ACL level called Group. Make sure to pass that information along.
Also, check your sugarcrm.log after you get that error to see if there are any database errors.

It looks like the user's rights for Export just need to be set appropriately so that the Opacus works. I'm closing this case for now, but feel free to follow up if you need more assistance.
