Hi! I'm not able to download the new version for my upgraded instance. When I click on the download page through my account, it gives me the following error. "The add-on either no longer exists or never has." How ca I solve this? Thanks!

That's a bad error message. Basically what has happened is that the trial expired and we were unable to process the card to make the payment. We did send out an email to you about how to fix it. You can go to your Purchases and under the Purchase History tab for that order click on the Update Payment Info link to update the credit card information. Once payment is able to be processed you will have access to all of the downloads.
