#4339 - Inbound email account permissions
Hi guys!
I'm trying to configure our permissions but I'm not sure what went wrong, This is the scenario:
We have multiple users and multiple inbound email accounts configured in SuiteCRM and need to configure in a way that each user is only able to see and reply to emails from some accounts. We tried to use SecurityGroups but couldn't find where to set up what email accounts each group will see.
Please, could you help us?

Hello,
On the SecuritySuite Settings page there should be a checkbox labeled "Inbound email account". When this is checked and saved it will enable users to only see Inbound Email accounts that their Security Groups are assigned to. Once checked, you can add security groups to Inbound Email accounts to assign those groups as needed.

Hi!
We enabled this option but the area to add security groups to the inbound accounts is not there. After instalation we ran all the repairs mentioned in the documentation but still no luck... Any idea on why the security group isn't showing?

Now that you have it enabled, can you try doing a Quick Repair & Rebuild again and see if it then shows? If not, could you send over what version of SuiteCRM that you are on?

We were on version 7.11.10 the first time. So far we tried:
The option to add the add security groups to e-mail accounts still isn't showing. Any new ideas?
