#4365 - Leads - List view filter - Assigned User - Multi Select

Closed Bug? created by FibreCRM Verified Purchase 4 years ago

Hi Support,

We have found a bug in your version 3.1.19 for 7.10.24, if you attempt to filter the Leads list view by selecting multiple assigned to users then the filter displays zero results.

Kind regards,

Steve.

Thanks for reporting this, Steve. To help narrow things down, what other add-ons are installed in Module Installer?

    Hi Jason,

We have a few customers that use this module and I can reproduce.

The customer that reported it this morning have a few modules installed, mostly custom dev of our own plus KReporter.

This has been fixed in the 3.1.20 release that is now available under your purchases at https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders.

Install using Module Loader WITHOUT installing first. Leave the existing version. Then be sure to run the following after installation:

    • Quick Repair & Rebuild
    • Rebuild Relationships
    • Repair Roles

Let me know if you have any questions or run into anything.

    Thanks! -Jason

"Without uninstalling" is what I meant. Do not uninstall the existing SecuritySuite version. Just install the new version on top of it.
