#734 - CE Teams 6.5.11 on SugarCRM 6.5.11
After installing I am getting this error message when trying to open users, accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads and it seems like any other record listing that might be security protected.
Fatal error: Smarty error: [in cache/modules/Users/SearchForm_basic.tpl line 23]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: //when click on web browser to phone call open the popup code $(".inline").click(function() { var MobileNo = this.id; if(MobileNo!="") { $(this).colorbox({onOpen:function(){ webrtccallinsendsmspage(this.id); (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 434) in /home/peoplebr/public_html/towchoice.com/sugartest/include/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095
Any ideas, thanks!

Sounds like you are running into an issue with a different module that does SMS. You may be running into the issue now because SecuritySuite will do a Quick Repair & Rebuild upon install. This rebuilds the cache and the offending SMS stuff is now causing a problem.

Thanks, you confirmed my suspicions. I have a developer that was working on some SMS stuff for me. I'll update this once I get it fixed.

Ok, was able to install now getting problems with assigning leads to a group.
Now I'm getting this error. A popup window with the following message.
undefined1undefined
The number changes depending on how many records I selected.
Thanks again!

After a little research I'm wondering if this is a directory/file permissions problem. I'll be checking if it follows the permissions in the install guide.

That definitely sounds like a permissions issue. Hopefully you get that worked out.

Permissions are setup correctly now and no error messages.
Tried following the video setup and on-line instructions, but was wondering if the stripped down version is able to limit a user to only accounts, opportunities and leads that are assigned to his group.
After following the instructions the user still has access everyone's records. Is this because it's the stripped down version or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks, Gordon

Excellent! There are no restrictions. You just have to make sure that roles are assigned to groups or users and that the groups are assigned to the records. Here's an example that will help you find any steps that were missed: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/securitysuite/example-of-a-typical-setup
