#769 - Having issues with Russian language pack
Hello There is two wrong things 1. There is no subpanel for mass assignation of accounts/contacts. I can assign contacts/accounts individually, but not by the batch. There is no subpanel as shown in video 2. Cyryllic localization pack RAPIRA do not worked with security module. Attempt to change language to 'russian' give error 500. Before installation of your security suite module russian pack working very well.

Hello jonny,
It's in the action dropdown on the list view where the Delete option is. Once selected then the Mass Assign panel shows.
There is no Cyryllic language pack for SecuritySuite yet. If someone makes one then I would be happy to include it. Something seems to be wrong with the Russian translation right now. I don't officially support the language translations, but I'll see if I can find the issue there. If anyone sends over a fix I will get that included.

"Mass update" subpanel for "accounts" list view have following fields: assigned user, industry, opt out primary email, type (analyst,...) There is no possibility to assign security group

I'm new in sugarcrm, but i understand that there is syntax error in php code in "russian" section of localization. Is this part from RAPiRA or from Security Suite?

I've converted the comments into a support case.
The Russian translation of SecuritySuite is seriously messed up. I'm going to try my best to see if I can resolve it by fixing it in a different editor that can handle the character set.

could you give me your email? I can give you ssh access to empty sugarcrm with Russian language pack (in one - two hours) You can get a look on the problem. I can help you to locate the mistake.

I already have that information here. I'll follow up when it is resolved. In the meantime, you can "fix" this temporarily by uninstalling SecuritySuite, unzipping the module, edit manifest.php, remove the Russian language pack section, rezip, and install that version WITHOUT the Russian translation. This will at least make it functional for the time being.

Thank you I removed this section in the file. Sugar started ok with russian locale. But, i still have no "mass update security" option in the subpanel "mass update" I selected some acounts, clicked "mass update" drop down combobox, but got no security suite option.

Log in as an admin to verify that it is/isn't showing for the admin. If it is then the user who can't see it doesn't have rights to the Security Groups module in their roles.
It won't be Mass Update, but Mass Assign instead. It's a separate option. If you still don't see it then perhaps the Mass Assign panel isn't being outputted in the after_ui_frame due to something else having an error preventing the rest of the hooks to run.
In custom/modules/logic_hooks.php there is an after_ui_frame hook that calls mass_assign in modules/SecurityGroups/AssignGroups.php. This adds the Mass Assign option to the list views.

Also try a Quick Repair & Rebuild. This will make the Mass Assign panel show on the list view if it isn't showing when it should. It needs to rebuild some relationships under the hood.
