#929 - SecuritySuite is no longer active
We bought SS in 02/2014. Since yesterday we get the message: "SecuritySuite is no longer active" and the key wont validate anymore.
Recent changes: We did move the installation of the SugarCRM in question internally, keeping the same URL and configuration. That was 5 days ago and it did work after the move until yesterday.
Any ideas?

After switching the language from German to English we get a self explaining error: Error: Unable to validate the license key. Please configure the firewall to allow requests to https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/api/v1/key/validate and make sure that SSL certs are up to date on the server. Seems to be a firewall problem, investigating...

Interesting. Sugar should be falling back to English for any language string that isn't translated.
Let me know if you are able to get the firewall figured out.

Yeah, sorry for bothering you. It was a DNS Problem. The fallback aint working though, error message was blank. Ticket closed.
