#979 - Licence problem - SecuritySuite is no longer active
Hi,
After restart apache we still with this problem, for all users, all the time.
SecuritySuite is no longer active due to the following reason: Subscription has expired and payment failed. Update payment information on SugarOutfitters to continue usage. Group rights have been temporarily dropped to Owner rights. SecuritySuite: License Configuration
SecuritySuite is no longer active Please renew your subscription or check your license configuration.

Hello Daniela,
We've sent about 4 emails now via different contact methods to you about this and how to resolve it. Have you been able to read those yet?
Your subscription expired. To fix it just go to your orders under My Account->Purchases and click on the Purchase History tab for your SecuritySuite purchase. Then click on Update Payment Info and enter a payment method that is valid. This will get you paid up to date and the license will then validate. To ensure that everything is working just go to Admin->SecuritySuite->License Configuration and re-validate the license. After you have updated your payment info it should then validate and the message will go away.
