Hello Daniela,
As I mentioned in this support case of yours and other emails:

Your subscription has expired. To fix it just go to your orders under My Account->Purchases and click on the Purchase History tab for your SecuritySuite purchase. Then click on Update Payment Info and enter a payment method that is valid. This will get you paid up to date and the license will then validate. To ensure that everything is working just go to Admin->SecuritySuite->License Configuration and re-validate the license. After you have updated your payment info it should then validate and the message will go away.
