#995 - Still Unable to validate SecuritySuite - SugarCRM CE Teams

Hi ,

My friend have installed SecuritySuite - SugarCRM CE Teams module successfully.He have installed this on local system. But whenever he enters key and validates key, it shows only loading image again and again and nothing will show nor generating any log in sugercrm.log.

Whatever I have checked which is given as follows. - There is no any java script error on server that I have checked on browser console. - Also Curl is enabled on server.

If there is some problem then it should generate any log at least.

What about the firewall setting????? For which IP address I have to check the firewall.???????

Please provide help as soon as possible.

    Correct, it could be a firewall issue then. It needs to be able to connect to sugaroutfitters.com via https. It won't log anything if it is timing out trying to connect so that is likely it if php_curl is enbled.

      Make sure that the payments are up to date on the account that purchased it. You can email me the license key being used, the email address that purchased it, and any screenshots to solutions-@-eggsurplus-.-com (no hypens).

      If you are paid for, curl is enabled, and there are no firewall issues then it is a caching issue. Just restart Apache to clear your APC or Memcache.
