#1647 - SuiteCRM no usage found for date range

Hi, I'm trying to install this with my suiteCRM installation. I'm following your guide but when I get to the SugarCRM Call Account Setup, I cannot save my credentials as I get No Usage is found for Date range ! I'm guessing the problem might be from the fact that I'm trying to register a verified Nigerian phone number as the source phone number (I may be wrong in this guess). Please help
