#1872 - Not getting call or message icon beside phone number of Account/Contacts/Leads

Hi, I have installed the module "RT Telephony" as suggested in the installation guide. But Not getting the call or message icon beside phone number of Account/Contacts/Leads.

When I am checking the IVR settings, there field "Access" has no values in the dropdown. Please reply to this case as soon as possible.

    Hi, Please do a repair and rebuild. And then send us the screen shot of your IVR Settings page from bottom, where it shows no values in the dropdown.

    Hi gpnir4,

    Go to your IVR settings and select access against your user i.e. 'both' for inbound and outbound. Then you will be able to see the icons for call and message in the modules Account, Contacts and Leads.
