#2257 - Notification bell not showing
Hi, We seem to be having an issue since you fixed a bug in the version we installed. We don't seem to be getting the notification bell when an SMS is received (inbound) email notification is worming Are there any rules around this ? or should it just work? thank you

This is not because of the bug fix or anything else, by default there is no bell when an SMS is received.

OK . I thought that when you guys tested it and got it working you got alerts for it which took you to the sms log..I've seen it andn clicked it

Hi,
No we did not change any default feature of the plugin. For SMS log, go to the** RT SMS **module. This can be seen in the drop down menu on your main Sugar dashboard.

Is there any notification for the end user that an SMS has been received An admin is notified , should a standard user get this too?
Or is the only way of knowing if you have a response is by going into the SMS Chat panel within contacts?

Hi Greg,
There is no such notification of the incoming SMS. The user needs to check the chat window or another way is by looking through the RT SMS module which will give the complete history of the SMS sent and received from Sugar.
