#3268 - Twilio and RT Setup
Hi,
We recently install SuiteCRM 7 and install RT Telephony and connect it with our Twilio Account. We followed the documentation to setup it properly and were still getting "Connection declined" along with "Sorry, an application error has occurred. Goodbye." voice message when we test call from the Twilio Console inside the TwiML app we created.
