#3940 - Problem with certain numbers

Hi, We have some specific numbers that 1. We tried to created SMS from a LogicHook, even we set up values, the register is created blank 2. We tried to use the chatbox, we can type the message even you press the Send button the message is not even processed Thanks!

    • Can you share the logs? And from your past tickets we see that you are on Sugar on-demand, has your version upgraded or not since then?
    • What is the detailed scenario when you try to send sms via chatbox?
    • And what are you trying to achieve with the logic hook and how?
