#3136 - Zendesk tickets not showing up in SugarCRM
Hi Support tea,,
I installed the basic version of the Zendesk-sugarcrm integration module.
I installed it on our sandbox environment of Sugar https://novilitytest.sugaropencloud.eu After connecting to our zendesk account (https://novility.zendesk.com) and adding the zendesk dashlet I expect to see some tickts from some demo data. We used in both system the same email adress. In Zendesk we can see correct Sugar data in Zendesk App, but nothing shows up in Sugar dashlet.
Please advice.

Hi Chad,
Sorry for the mess, but I tried different channels to solve the issue. I will ignore all others and only use this ticket to find. a solution. I already read that article, but still no idea to get zendesk tickets in Sugar dashlet.
In zendesk I perfecly see all related contacts, Leads etc.

Hi Jordy, thanks for the quick call. I will close this case out now.
For anyone else who finds this, be sure to add the dashlet named "Fanatical Zendesk" when adding the dashlet. Any other "Zenesk" dashlets are likely from the old Zendesk integration and will not display any tickets.
