Synchronization
Please note that the synchronization between your SugarCRM system and Brevo may take up to one minute!
Contact View
On the contact view (opening a contact) you will have a new field section "Open in Brevo" and a new button "Open in Brevo".
(Note that the below screenshot shows “Open in Sendinblue” as the
company name formerly used to be sendinblue.)
- A none editable field that shows the id of the contact that has been synchronized in Brevo
- Set this field to add the contact to the blacklist. This will prevent Brevo to send any further communication to this contact.
- If enabled, this contact will not be synchronized with Brevo
- Click to check the other end in Brevo
TargetLists
The TargetLists Subpanel shows all SiB Lists the Contatct is in.
