Installation

Step 1: Download the customisation file.

You can find your download files from Sugaroutfitters > My Account > Purchases

Step 2: Installation

1. To install the SugarBPM Process Management - Added Filters, navigate to Admin > Module Loader
2. Click Choose File and select the installable ZIP file package
3. Click Upload
4. In the lower table, click Install
5. Wait until the package is completely installed and the browser has refreshed

Note: In case you have now navigated to the Admin > Process Management page for a quick sneak peak before reading the Admin Guide and find yourself seeing a blank page: Don't panic! Check the Admin Guide for further details to load the page correctly.

License Validation

Navigate to: Admin > Sugashop™ by Sugabyte - SugarBPM Process Management - Added Filters for SugarCRM > Select ‘License Validation’.

Retrieve your SugarOutfitters license key from Sugaroutfitters > My Account > Purchases.

Enter your license key into the License Key field then click on the Save button and ensure the 'License Validated' checkbox will show as ticked.

Once done, navigate to Admin > Repair > Quick Repair and Rebuild and wait until the repair functions have completed before continuing with the Admin Guide.

Upgrade the package

Occasionally we'll upgrade the package with new features and bug fixes. The best practice is to always test new customisation files in a sandbox copy of your production system.

To upgrade your package, follow these steps:

Step 1: Download the new customisation file.

You can find your download files from Sugaroutfitters > My Account > Purchases

Step 2: Uninstall the existing version from your SugarCRM instance.

1. Navigate to Admin > Module Loader
2. Click Uninstall on the package
3. Select Do not remove tables
4. Click Commit on the next dialogue page
5. Wait for the dialogue box to confirm 100%. The page should refresh

Step 3: Installation

1. To install the new version of SugarBPM Process Management - Added Filters, navigate to Admin > Module Loader
2. Click Choose File and select the latest installable ZIP file package
3. Click Upload
4. In the lower table, click Install
5. Wait until the package is completely installed and the browser has refreshed
