Configuration
No complex configuration is needed out of the box. Once installed a new "Switch User" option will be available for system administrators from the Admin panel via a dedicated “Switch User” interface.
Permissions & Security
Only users with Admin-level privileges can access the Switch User functionality.
How to Use
- Go to the Administration area
Navigate to the new dedicated “Switch User” interface. Locate the user you want to impersonate.
- Click "Switch User"
In the list or detail view, click the Switch To User button. You’ll be instantly logged in as the selected user.
- Return to Admin Session
At any time, click “Finish Impersonating” in the top navigation bar to switch back to your original session.
