Installation Instructions
1. Download the Module
Obtain the latest .zip package of the Switch User plugin from your SugarCRM Marketplace purchases.
2. Log in as Administrator
Ensure you are logged into SugarCRM with administrative privileges.
3. Navigate to Module Loader
Go to Admin > Module Loader.
Click Choose File, select the downloaded .zip, and click Upload.
4. Install the Plugin
After the upload, click Install next to the “Switch User” package.
Review the license agreement and click Accept and Commit.
5. Perform a Quick Repair and Rebuild
Go to Admin > Repair > Quick Repair and Rebuild to ensure all dependencies are refreshed.
