Installing the Add-on

1. Requirements

Supported SugarCRM versions:

• v11.0.4
• v12.*
• v13.*
• v14.*

Note that installation can only be done by a user with Administration roles. The minimum required version is 11.0.4. For older versions, please contact support.

2. Installation

Proceed with the following steps to install:

1. Download the install package from SugarOutfitters.
2. Go to Administration → Module Loader (under Developer Tools)
3. Press the button Choose file and navigate to the downloaded package file and press the button Open
4. Press the Upload button
5. Once the file is uploaded Install option will be visible next to the package in the list of uploaded packages.
6. Installation will open a new window where the admin should press the button Commit to begin the installation.
7. This will display the progress bar and Display Log link, which can be used to show installation progress details. It can take several minutes to complete installation.
8. Once installation is finished the button "Back To Module Loader" will be visible to return to the Module Loader page.
9. If the package was successfully installed it will be in the list of installed extensions on the Module Loader page.

3. Upgrade

To upgrade download the upgrade file and follow installation steps.

4. Uninstall

To uninstall the extension:

1. Go to Administration → Module Loader page (under Developer Tools)
2. Locate the extension by its name
3. Press the Uninstall button Note that all dashlets and fields added by extension will be deleted together with their data.
