Hi vravindran, If installation went successful then make sure following things are working correctly:

    1) Firstly verify that under GSync "Preferences" screen, all options (Check boxes) to Sync data are checked. 2) Secondly check that GSync related Schedulers are "Active" (under Admin Settings -> Schedulers). 3) Thirdly make sure that on your Sugar Instance "Sugar Default Schedulers" are running at regular intervals. 4) Make Sure Gmail Id authentication is completed as mentioned into User Guides.

For more details please go through following sections for clear understanding about How to use RT GSync

    User Guide: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/gmail-sync/sugar7-user-guide FAQs: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/gmail-sync/faqs

    Hope it helps.

Thirdly make sure that on your Sugar Instance "Sugar Default Schedulers" are running at regular intervals. Please elaborate on this. I do not see "sugar default schedulers" in the scheduler.

Purpose of this point is that please make sure all schedulers in your Sugar are executing jobs after regular intervals, if not then You need to setup cron job for your server to execute the schedulers. Once your cron job is setup then Calendar, Contacts Sync schedulars will run and Sync will start.

    Hope it makes sense.
