Hi,

I have just downloaded a free trial Gsyunc for SuiteCRM. After installing the module, when I go to GSync Configure Users (after having introduced validation Key), I only get a bklank screen, and I cannot configure anything in the background.

Please, could you tell me what is wrong ??

    Hi,

    Please tell which version of GSync have you installed. For SuiteCRM you need to install the RT GSync Sugar 6 version. If you have downloaded the right version, then try re-installing the package on your system. But don't forget to un-install the already installed package first. Also, Run Quick Repair and Rebuild from the Admin panel right after installation.
