#3768 - Trying to install RT GSync but getting error message

I am working on Sugar 8.0 enterprise and i download the zip file (8.0) but when i try to install the package, I get an error message

    The package you are attempting to install does not conform to the policies established within the Sugar Open Cloud or by your system administrator.

    Sugar Open Cloud customers must obtain a new package from the package provider that addresses the issues described below. If you are running Sugar locally, you can relax your Module Loader restrictions to allow the package to be installed.

      Just use the CRM normally and see if the Syncing is taking place properly.

      The issue was with the package that was installed on the instance. we have resolved that now.

      I dont see evidence of anything happening or even an option in gmail to sync anything.

      In your Sugar instance, there must be a new module named RT GSync. If you do not see it then kindly go to the Admin settings and find the RT GSync User Configuration link. There you can choose which users can see the module. Once you choose your user go to the RT GSync Module and set your preferences for Syncing between your Sugar and Google Account.

      Hi,

      Syncing emails to Sugar is a default feature within the CRM even if you are not using RT GSync. RT GSync automatically archives the emails you receive with corresponding contacts/leads so you can view your email history with a certain contact/lead in the emails sub-panel in the record view.

      Please note email archiving comes out of the box in Sugar version 7.10 and above. For version below 7.10 you can use RT GSync for email archiving.

    I am still not seeing anything happening on my end. Can we please schedule a call or screen-share sometime early next week? I would like to see if this tool works and at this point, I am leaning towards not purchasing it for my team.
