#553 - Allow configuration of contact sync for all, not only "assigned to" contacts

It would be very nice to have a configuration setting where one can choose to either sync all available contacts or only the contacts assigned to the current user.

Currently it only syncs the contacts that are specifically assigned to the current user. I've made appropriate changes to 'ContactHelper.php' myself but it would be nice to see this feature in the official version without having to patch it.
