SecuritySuite only works with the CE edition of SugarCRM which is at 6.5.12.

Oversight on my part - I see that now. Well, is there any way to convert the trial from the Suite to Login/Sudo Module (as that was the key functionality we were after in the first place)?

The easiest way is to go to your Purchases, cancel the trial, then purchase Login/Sudo separately.
