Control what your users can access and save time, money, and frustrations. Lock down sensitive data in SugarCRM or SuiteCRM to specific groups or teams. Supports unlimited assigned users, unlimited group assignments to records, custom layouts for each group, login/sudo capabilities and much more.
You will need to assign a role to Group A with "Group" access in the role grid so that they see only their own customers. Any customer assigned to Group A will then be visible to users in Group A. Any customer assigned to Group B, but not Group A will not be visible. Here is a doc that gives an overview on how a typical setup like this works: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/securitysuite/example-of-a-typical-setup
When you say ''"Group" access in the role grid '', which access do you mean : The ''View'' column? Because in the ''Access'' column, I don't have ''group'' as a choice. There are only ''enabled'' and disabled''.
Thanks
It'll be in all the columns where Group rights would apply. So View, Edit, Create, Export, etc. Access is all or nothing so there wil be no Group option for that one. Hope this helps!
