#1937 - Invalid key
Hi,
I'm using suiteCRM version 7.5 and tried to installed SecuritySuite version 6.5.22 Full Edition but gave me that is not compatible with the version SecuritySuite6.5.20. So tried with your version version 6.5.20, it got installed but at the license key page give me a failed to load the key. I check and our firewall is not blocking port 443 to 104.130.124.191. I did the Repair Rôle and Rapid repair. Also tried version 6.5.21. But no success.

Hi René,
Can you check for extra spaces on either end of the key or missing characters? Also make sure that php_curl is enabled and that your config_override.php file in your root Suite directory is writable. I know that's a bit technical so if that doesn't make sense hopefully you have someone available to help with that.

Also ensure that your firewall can connect to www.sugaroutfitters.com on port 443. That IP address isn't ours so that may be the issue.

I take that back. That IP is one of them. Also include 172.99.100.23.

René found out that the cause of the issue was an unrelated customization that was causing problems in a different hook. This was found and caught in the Apache log.
Closing this out for now, but always feel free to follow up if needed.
