It looks like it may be having issues with the ru_ru translation. To resolve this error remove /custom/application/Ext/Language/ru_ru.SecurityGroups.php, /custom/application/Ext/Language/ru_ru.lang.ext.php, and run a Repair & Rebuild.
I'll take a look at that file in the mean time.

I just sent over a version with the language pack for SecuritySuite disabled. This should allow it to install and run correctly.
