Introduction

Trustpilot plugin provides integration between SugarCRM and Trustpilot platform using the TrustPilot API.

Key features:

• Trustpilot Integration: Direct integration with Trustpilot allows users to pull in reviews and manage them from within the CRM. Send invitations, reply to reviews or request more information, add or remove tags.
• Link to Parent record: Each review can be tied to a parent record within the CRM for better tracking of customer satisfaction in relation to ongoing or completed projects/orders/processes/products etc.
• Process Automation Capability: Additional Process Definition actions have been integrated into the system, enabling automated functionalities such as sending invitations or responding to reviews based on specific system events (e.g., automatically sending a Trustpilot review invitation when an order is completed).
• Organic Review Indicator: Users can easily track whether reviews are organic or solicited, providing more context for customer feedback.
• Verified Reviews: A flag that shows if the review has been verified by Trustpilot, ensuring its authenticity.
• Information Requests: The ability to track and store additional customer information requested after a review submission.
• Review Reply: Users can send replies directly from the record, allowing for efficient customer communication.
