#1665 - Installed but it does not appear to be syncing

I installed it onto my instance of sugar and added my Gmail information in my profile. I tested the connection and received a successful response but I didn't have a pop-up asking me to allow access. Instead it takes me to a blank screen in sugar. I have enabled pop-ups and have tried the sync in two different browsers. Can you help me troubleshoot?

    Hi kaitlinostler

    Firstly please confirm that in your Browser settings, popups are allowed. Because if popups are blocked for browsers then you wont be taken to popup screen which asks allowing access to Google.

    Secondly, Please send us screenshot here for the blank screen you receives. In Ideal scenario, it takes you on a screen with blue button to "Allow" access.
