is it possible to make a query: Which accounts are assigned to the X Security Group?

You can absolutely do this with the Premium version of SecuritySuite. Simply go to Studio and add the Security Group field to your search views. More info here: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/securitysuite/features#filter
