Troubleshooting
Since Sugar and SuiteCRM as well as PHP are moving targets and constantly break legacy code there may be issues connecting the plugin to CRM. Check this list if you have a connectivity issue.
CRM Connection Issues
1. GMSyncAddon module is not installed in CRM system
If you feel that the module is correctly installed check the URL in a browser:
https:///custom/service/gmsync/rest.php
If you get a 403 Forbidden error then PHP does not have execution rights for rest.php. Check that the web server has rights to execute this rest.php file. And check that it allows access to this file from web.
